As far as I know, there is only one project existing for the Star Wars: Dark Forces - the DarkXL project, which is, in fact, an accelerated remake written from scratch.

The guy who is in charge of this source port also has one for Daggerfall, called DaggerXL. Now Daggerfall isn't really an FPS, but you could still have section about it if you wanted to.
